Kubota provides a warranty of 2 years or 2,000 hours of use, whichever comes first, for new engines. (There are some exceptions based on geographical location, i.e. host country, or conditions according to each agreement.)
We will repair or replace any part covered by the warranty which becomes defective, malfunctions or otherwise fails to conform with the conditions of the warranty under normal use and service during the term of the warranty at no charge for parts or labor.
In order to obtain repairs under warranty, you must deliver the product, together with proof of purchase, to an authorized Kubota Engine service facility at your expense.

Failure to provide proper care, maintenance and/or storage
Accidents, abuse or misuse
Improper storage conditions
Unauthorized adjustments, repairs or modifications
Use of non-genuine KBT parts or components
Use of improper lubricant, fuel, antifreeze or oil (use of injection pump with improper or low-grade fuel is not covered by warranty)
Occurring during transportation
Failure to handle product according to the Operator’s Manual
Natural disasters such as earthquakes, storms, floods and fire
